Here's why:

01 By working with us you will always receive a tailored and personal service on a timely basis as no two clients of ours are the same so we don't offer a fixed package of services but we do offer certainty with fixed fees when required and no hidden extras.
02 Between the two directors we have half a century's worth of expertise available to help you meet the increasingly onerous requirements imposed by HMRC while still maintaining a friendly approach and we will never confuse you with technical jargon.
03 We continually monitor your business to maximise tax planning opportunities and to ensure that you make the right decision at the right time in terms of business structures, tax planning schemes and VAT practices.
04 We are hugely proud of our personal efficient service which is borne out by the fact that to date all growth in the firm's clients has come from personal recommendation. Why not call us for an initial complimentary discussion or meeting and see the difference.

About us
Laura adds strength to the team with a great deal of experience in corporate accounting and taxation. After graduating, Laura joined PwC and completed her ACA (ICAEW) qualification in 2002 at a London West End accountancy practice where she gained extensive experience in owner-managed clients, predominantly in the fields of media, property investment and UK subsidiaries of international groups whilst she also headed up the charities team. Laura works in a consultancy capacity and comes into our offices on a part time basis (with her mad labradoodle, Seve) whilst her young family sufficiently run her ragged at home to make her wish she was with us a bit more!
Paigejoined us in November 2011 and works part-time assisting with administration and practice management. Prior to this and after leaving school with 3 AS's she went straight into the arts world and qualified as a dance teacher with the IDTA, performing at various high profile events.

Paige very much enjoys her role and is now diversifying from just the practice administration to training in business and accountancy with us as well as dealing with records, VAT work and other procedures She is often the first point of contact for many of our clients. Being very ambitious Paige is also studying locally for a Business Qualification and has high hopes for her career with the firm.
Yasmin joined us in September 2012 and is currently studying for her AAT qualification at Kaplan Financial in London having left school in 2012 with 3 A levels and an AS level. Whilst her studies and apprenticeship at the firm keep her busy, outside work Yasmin is a member of the Debbie Fyffe Theatre School and enjoys all aspects of still being young and carefree.
Angela - originally from the West Country, came to London at the ripe old age of 18 when she joined one of the most prolific theatrical accountancy practices in the West End (Breckman and Company). She spent five years learning the business from Robert Breckman and gained her accountancy qualification whilst working with him. She credits most of her success to his nurturing in the early years of her career. From there she progressed to Howard Tilly (Baker Tilly) and continued to develop her skills and interest in arts and entertainment accounting. Following various financial management appointments in the commercial world she moved back into practice enhancing her, expertise. During this period she met Lynnette and they collaborated on various projects for numerous years using their unique abilities and knowledge. One summer's evening they decided it was time to combine their talents and ingenuity resulting in the creation Harvey Mead.
Lynnette started out in a role with HM Revenue and Customs over twenty years ago when it looked more interesting than her prior bank clerk role. Later having being offered the chance to turn poacher instead of gamekeeper she spent a number of years with both Ernst and Young and Price Waterhouse before developing a specialism in the media/entertainment industry working for a West End firm. Qualified initially as a member of the Association of Tax Technicians in 1991 and then took further study to become qualified under the Chartered Institute of Taxation Associateship Examination in 1993. Blending her skills in personal tax with Angela's talent for corporation tax and bookkeeping has established a dynamic team.
